Meet Dnika

Breath is an anchor.
After years of feeling overwhelmed, tangled in my thoughts, and disconnected from my body, I found breathwork. Through this practice, I have gained a deeper ability to feel my emotions, release intrusive thoughts, and embody greater strength and agility. It’s been an unpredictable and beautiful journey.
Now, I share this practice with people from all walks of life.
Alongside this work, I write poetry, practice yoga, advise leaders, and find inspiration in the world’s beauty and complexity. These experiences shape my approach to holistic healing.
A relatable, genuine approach.
Bridging theory and practice, I bring years of experience guiding leaders and teams to overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress, and be vulnerable in their efforts to be more inclusive. My work with organizations and as a university faculty member has taught me that everyone carries burdens they long to release.
I’ve learned that vulnerability (and plenty of laughter) go a long way in healing. And I believe that to truly express our voice and make an impact in this complex world, we need to go inward.
My style is relatable and eclectic, whether I’m leading breathwork sessions, coaching content creators, or partnering to design collaborative experiences. All my work blends science and softness with moments of unexpected joy and fresh perspective, creating space for growth and deeper connection to the world around us.
Let’s breathe together.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have been exploring it for some time, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll breathe through life’s complex, messy, and beautiful moments. One breath. One word. One step at a time.
